HOUSE  BILL  NO.   384,  "An  Act  relating   to  the  Regulatory

REPRESENTATIVE  DAVID   GUTTENBERG,  Alaska   State  Legislature,                                                               
reintroduced  HB 384  as prime  sponsor.   He answered  questions                                                               
from  the previous  meeting.   He indicated  he could  offer more                                                               
information  of  what  other states  have  done  about  broadband

CHAIR KITO  announced that public  testimony was still  open from                                                               
the  previous  meeting.    Upon  ascertaining  that  no  one  was
